Photograph Notes: Cranmore is the eastern terminus and headquarters of the heritage East Somerset Railway. This view shows the tracks just west of the station. On the left is the signal box. ://.uk/photo/1793962 Two methods are used here for a semaphore signal no longer in use. On the platform edge, the signal arm has been removed. On the opposite side of the track, a large X has been fixed to the signal arm.
